Wrapping Up Another Busy Week at Brief2Event! 🎉

It’s been another busy and exciting week here at Brief2Event, filled with venue partner visits, client meetings and an unforgettable summer party in the Berkshire countryside!

From discovering the latest developments in the corporate events industry to experiencing wellness and team-building activities firsthand, it’s been a week packed with inspiration, collaboration and plenty of fun.

Catching Up with Our Wonderful Venue Partners

We always enjoy welcoming our venue partners into the Brief2Event office. These visits provide a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas and stay up to date with the latest venue offerings for our clients.

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting:

  • Joelle Mountain from Cedar Court Hotels Group
  • Niamh Roberts, Marium Sayed and Benedetta Perarchi from Dalata Hotels
  • Georgette and Gill Nunn, and Sarah Kelly from Accor

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us!

Supporting Our Clients with Corporate Event Planning

Our sales team has also been busy meeting with prospective and existing clients, supporting site visits and sharing information about exciting new venue openings.

At Brief2Event, we understand that finding the right venue is an important part of planning a successful corporate event. Whether you’re organising a conference, team-building day, company celebration, or residential meeting, our team is here to help clients find venues that meet their requirements.

Exploring the Benefits of Wellness Activities at Easthampstead Park Hotel

To round off the week, we headed to the beautiful Berkshire countryside for our Brief2Event summer party at Easthampstead Park.

A huge thank you to the team at Easthampstead Park Hotel for hosting us and pulling out all the stops to make the evening so special.

As part of the experience, we attended a wellness workshop that included a relaxing sound bath.

Wellness is becoming an increasingly important consideration in corporate event planning, with businesses exploring new ways to support employee well-being, encourage relaxation, and create more meaningful experiences that allow space for reflection and creativity.

Team Building, Laughter & Friendly Competition with ACF Events

The fun continued with a brilliant team-building activity organised by ACF Events.

Combining a geo-scavenger hunt with hilarious challenges and team trivia, the event was a fantastic way to explore the hotel’s picturesque grounds while encouraging teamwork, communication and a little friendly competition!

Laughter filled the air as we tried to unlock clues and complete challenges, making it a memorable experience for the entire team.

One of the biggest benefits of experiencing team-building activities ourselves is gaining a better understanding of what our clients can expect. From the organisation and format to the challenges and overall atmosphere, first-hand experience helps us recommend activities with greater insight and confidence.

Whether you’re looking to improve team communication, encourage collaboration, or simply help your employees connect outside of the office, team-building activities can be a valuable addition to your corporate events programme.

Looking Ahead at Brief2Event

From connecting with venue partners to exploring the latest trends in wellness and team building, this week has reminded us of the variety of experiences available in the corporate events industry.

We’re looking forward to putting our knowledge into practice, helping clients discover exciting venues and creating memorable experiences for their teams.

A huge thank you to Easthampstead Park Hotel, ACF Events and all our wonderful venue partners for making this such a fantastic week!
